Job Description & Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be expected to contribute not only to our wellness offerings but also to our daily operations and marketing efforts. Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assist in planning and organizing spa and wellness programs.
  • Managing client bookings and providing basic customer service.
  • Support the management team by preparing reports related to client feedback and operational improvements.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns through various channels.
  • Perform quality checks on spa and wellness facilities to ensure top-notch service delivery consistently.

    • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related fields.
    • Demonstrate a strong interest in the wellness and spa industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish.
    • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
