Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to customer service initiatives aimed at customer retention and loyalty.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer service as required.
  • Assist in monitoring customer service trends and suggest methods for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Currently studying or a recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish languages.
  • Experience with CRM software will be considered an advantage.
