Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to deliver premium customer service offerings, addressing customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly. The intern will be involved in interacting with diverse clients, comprehending their requirements, and providing solutions or directing them appropriately. Also, you will be part of a team that assesses and improves service operations resulting in enhanced service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email or live chat.
  • Assess the company’s operational needs to enchance customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to devise effective customer service policies.
  • Assist in creating reports on customer feedback to the service team.
  • Participate in service team training, meetings and team-building initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • A prospective intern must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and develop productive working relationships.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish.
