Position: Legal Intern
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Researching and analysing complex legal issues across a range of areas such as: corporate and commercial law, litigation, employment, real estate, intellectual property, and tax law.- Assisting in drafting memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.- Supporting the team in preparation and during client meetings, court hearings, and transactions.- Providing general support to senior lawyers
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Law program (LL.B, JD or equivalent)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing (English proficiency is required, knowledge in Swedish or any other language is welcomed)- Ability to work professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
