Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Education / Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that support all students learning needs, prepare instructional materials, monitor student progress and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Other duties include aiding students who need extra support, facilitating group work, contributing to lesson planning and supporting with administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

The successful applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline, with at least two years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role. A proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential. Additional qualifications in special education or a related field would be advantageous.

The candidate must possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop trusting relationships with both students and staff.
