Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the development and implementation of lesson plans.

• Supervise and engage students during activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Facilitate small group activities to enhance students' comprehension and retention of the subject matter.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, reporting relevant information to teachers.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to address individual student concerns and achievements.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to foster student engagement.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students reach their potential.
