Industrial Engineering Internship - Tenerife, Spain
A leading multinational corporation in Spain is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team in Tenerife. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a unique environment that merges high-level professionalism with a deep commitment to quality and innovation.
Role overview:
The Industrial Engineering Intern will work under the direct supervision of our experienced Industrial Engineers and will play an integral role in optimizing operational processes to improve performance and reduce costs. Tasks would include:
- Developing and implementing production and tooling methodologies
- Participating in productivity improvement projects
- Assisting in researching and evaluating new manufacturing technologies and strategies
- Creating technical reports to document all process phases and results
- Performance analysis and implementation of efficiency strategies
Job requirements:
Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Familiarity with computer software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is assumed. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills are desired.
Personal requirements:
Candidates should be highly motivated and flexible. They should exhibit exceptional multitasking and organizational skills and be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and either English or German is a must.
