Job Description

We are offering a stellar internship opportunity to an energetic and ambitious student or graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources Management. Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the recruitment process including job postings, screening and interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize HR-related workshops and training sessions.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and diversity initiatives.
  • Assist in compiling reports and presentations for HR projects.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records with up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • A current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both Spanish and English language.
