Job Description

The Spanish Teaching Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the educational objectives of our language school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting lead teachers in designing engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
  • Providing support during classroom activities and ensuring a constructive learning environment
  • Delivering small-group and one-on-one instructions under the supervision of a lead teacher
  • Providing feedback on students' progress and assisting in grading assignments
  • Supporting the cultural immersion activities and facilitating conversational practices

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, the applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • A native Spanish speaker or possess a C2 Level (or equivalent) proficiency in Spanish
  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a teaching role or as a teaching assistant is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • A passion for teaching and a sincere commitment to helping students succeed
