Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to join our diverse, passionate team. You will support English language studies in collaboration with our qualified teachers, providing individualized or small-group instruction and assisting with classroom management, lesson planning, grading and assessing student performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans.
  • Conduct small-group or individualised English tutoring.
  • Participate actively in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Help with student assessments and grading.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive classroom environment.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, English or a related field).
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • CRB/DBS certificate.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
