Job Description

Our collaborator is a boutique advisory firm based in Mallorca, Spain, specializing in comprehensive M&A exit assistance from start to finish. Their services streamline the entire process—from identifying investment partners to ensuring smooth due diligence—delivering expert guidance and maximizing exit value. With a strong focus on enhancing financial and strategic functions for small to mid-sized businesses, the team supports clients through negotiation and closing phases, helping them navigate M&A complexities confidently.

 

 

Tasks

• Assist in conducting financial analyses and valuations for potential M&A transactions

• Support the preparation of client presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify acquisition targets and investment opportunities

• Help prepare due diligence materials and assist in the due diligence process

• Monitor industry trends and relevant market developments

• Collaborate with team members on deal execution and client management

 

• Contribute to internal projects to improve firm processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

• Able to provide a training agreement from your educational institution

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with understanding of financial concepts

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to develop a career in M&A
