Our collaborator is an independent art organization engaged in the development of contemporary art and artist residencies. Located in a unique rural setting, it offers a dynamic and creative environment for professionals seeking hands-on experience in cultural project management. They are currently looking for an energetic and well-organized intern with a strong interest in contemporary art and residency programs.
Support the day-to-day management of the artist residency and the development of AADK Spain's activities
Assist with internal communication with artists prior to their arrival
Help with administrative tasks, including document preparation
Collaborate on communication strategies and social media actions
Strong interest in contemporary art and artist residencies
Excellent organizational skills
High level of English (spoken and written); Spanish is a strong asset
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); advanced skills are a plus

Availability and hours:
Internship duration from 4 to 12 months (preferably more than 4 months); approximately 25–35 hours per week
