Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Education/Teaching Assistant. The successful applicant will support the delivery of quality learning and teaching, assist teachers in classroom management, contribute to planning and execution of lessons, monitor students’ participation and progress, providing extra assistance as required.

Responsibilities

- Assist teachers with preparation and implementation of lesson plans.
- Monitor classroom activities and maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Perform administrative duties – record keeping, material organization, etc.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet students’ individual needs.
- Support students' emotional and social development, encouraging positive interactions.

Requirements

- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an applicable field.
- Previous experience working in an educational environment.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and patience to work with different age groups and learning abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and creativity to make learning an engaging experience for students.
- Understanding of Spanish curriculum and educational regulations.
