Job Description
Our collaborator is a luxury rental agency in sunny Malaga. They are providing an exceptional level of services for their guest and even more than that. The main goal is that their guests are taking great memories home with them. The company believe a great rental should be authentic taking you back to genuine customer service, high-end properties and real locals living next door. Except for offereing real estate services they are assisting guests with car rentals, fishing charters, green fees and airport transfers. If you are looking for an exceptional opportunity to develop your professional skills this company could be your best choice.
Tasks:
-Dealing with bookings.
-Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave.
-Taking payments.
-Dealing with special requests from guests and answering questions.
-Dealing with complaints and problems.
-Improve the guest experience, providing extra services (airport transfers, etc).
Requirements:
-related studies or previous experience in hospitality and tourism
- high level of English (other languages are a plus)
-preferred internship duration five months or more
-responsible, organized and team worker.
-team player
Internship salary:
400 € per month
Internship hours:
40 hours per week
