- Respond and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms.
- Identify the customers’ needs and guide them to appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a complete record of customer interactions and transactions.
- Working closely with other departments to improve customer services and foster smooth internal communication.
- Support in customer service projects, initiatives, and campaigns to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in a business-related course.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
- Must be available during business hours for a six to twelve-month internship.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
