Paid B2B Operations Internship in Madrid (French market)

Job Description

Our collaborator is an international start-up speacilising in the consumer goods sector that has developed a new collaborative community model by connecting consumers, brands and retailers

They are looking to incorporate an intern to their B2B Operations Department.

Tasks:

• Campaign management on the company's marketplace platform: creation of product sheets and associated questionnaires.
• Launch and control of campaigns: publication of products, stock management, etc.
• Publication of brand news on company's marketplace platform.
• Management of brand spaces
• Drafting of results reports for Carrefour
• Helping to optimise the product database: managing categories and correcting product information.
• Occasional support for other department tasks

Requirements:

• Student in Business School / Marketing / Communication / Industrial Engineering
• Proactive, organised, dynamic, empathetic, responsible and with good oral skills for managing customer relations
• Proficiency in the Office pack and Outlook
• Essential: excellent spelling and writing skills
• Preferable: knowledge of Photoshop
• Minimum 6 months availability starting in June/July 2023
• Previous experience in marketing and the consumer goods sector would be a plus.

Languages :

• - French: Mother tongue.
• - Spanish advavanced level is required
• - English is a plus.

Benefits:

• Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 / Friday, 9:00 to 14:30.
• In August, they have a summer schedule: from 9:00 to 15:00.

Internship Hours: 35 hours/ week.

Remuneration: 700€
