Job Description:

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Industrial Engineering. You will carry out process improvement projects, participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives, assist in production scheduling, capacity planning, and provide support for cost reduction programs. You will partner with experienced Engineers to carry out technical studies and data analysis. Additionally, your role will involve supporting shop floor operations and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and have a strong academic record. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, AutoCAD, and MS Project is a plus. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, have superb organizational skills, and can work collaboratively in a team setting. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are a must.
