Tasks and Responsibilities

• Engage in employee relations activities, helping to address and resolve workplace issues.
• Help maintain and update HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives, contributing ideas for team-building and wellness programs.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
