Job Description:

As a Spanish Teaching Assistant, you will support our lead teachers in delivering engaging and effective Spanish lessons. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting lead teachers in planning, development, and execution of Spanish language learning programs.
  • Enriching the learning experience by utilising a variety of resources and teaching methods.
  • Providing feedback to students and parents on their progress and areas of improvement.
  • Managing classroom behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Education or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language (native-level preferred).
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced educational setting.
