Internship Overview

This Management intern will join our dynamic and diverse team for a period of 6 - 12 months. The intern will gain detailed insight into different fields of operation, such as project management, strategic planning, process optimization, and market analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Support in the development and implementation of action plans.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct market analysis and report on key insights to the management team.

Job Requirements

- Current enrollment in a Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish - both verbal and written.
