Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our English teachers and interacting closely with students to improve their fluency and understanding of the English language. Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing support in planning, designing, and implementing English lessons and activities for students of various proficiency levels and age groups.
Organizing and conducting language labs, workshops, and extra-curricular activities to supplement classroom teaching.
Assessing students’ performance and providing feedback to support their progress.
Maintaining accurate student attendance records and grades.
Facilitating a conducive learning environment that stimulates active engagement and effective studying habits.

Job Requirements

Requirements for the role are as follows:

Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, education, or related fields. Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
High proficiency in English language and an understanding of its grammar and vocabulary.
Experience in teaching English as a second language will be preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to cater to a diverse community.
