Job Responsibilities:

The French Teaching Assistant will be principally engaged in the following tasks:

- Assisting the lead French language instructor in planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
- Enriching learning materials with culturally relevant information and authentic documents.
- Fostering an engaging, active, and positive learning environment.
- Administering and grading tests, giving constructive feedback to students.
- Assisting with coordination of language cultural excursion and immersion programs.

Job Requirements:

Fulfilling the role of a French Teaching assistant necessitates the following qualifications and experience:

- A degree or equivalent certification in French Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Fluency in French (native or C2 level) as well as proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Previous experience in teaching French ideally in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural setup.
- Working knowledge of digital learning platforms and language learning software.
- Strong communication, inter-cultural skills, and a passion for languages and teaching.
