Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilful English teaching assistant to join our professional team. The primary role includes assisting our lead English teachers in lesson preparation, classroom management, and student support. The teaching assistant will also participate in language assessments, cultural activities and the creation of innovative teaching materials. This position offers the candidate a rich working experience in Spain's educational system and an opportunity to improve their language teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons following our set English curriculum
  • Participation in student assessment sessions and feedback meetings
  • Providing support to students during in-class activities
  • Ensuring that educational materials are readily available for each lesson

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field
  • TESOL/TEFL certification
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in English, and a working knowledge of Spanish language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a multi-cultural setting
