Job Description

Our partner is a New Technologies company focused on Road Safety for Smart City and Smart Road, which has developed an Intelligent Road Signalling System "SSVI" that revolutionizes the current methods of road signaling, especially in urban roads for pedestrian crossings, cycle lane crossings, cycle lanes, intersections and roundabouts not regulated by traffic lights.

Our partner's objective is to reduce the number of accidents caused by collisions and impacts in areas of poor visibility. Their system is an innovative advance on the current horizontal signage, taking it to a higher level, consisting in the fact that certain signs, which are currently executed with the manual application of refractory paint, are replaced or complemented with a sophisticated integrated lighting system, which by itself detects the movement of pedestrians in the surroundings, lighting up and thus warning drivers of motor vehicles of the presence of pedestrians.

 The tasks of the trainees will be to be part of the production process of our intelligent road safety systems. These processes will consist of the manufacture and development of intelligent pedestrian crossings, illuminated cycle lanes, intersections« and roundabouts.

The work will be carried out in Cordoba, although it may be necessary to make a visit somewhere in Spain to install them. In this case, the trainee would go only to learn about the installation process.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Studies in industrial, electrical, mechanical, or similar engineering.
- Available for minimum 4 months.

Conditions: 30h/week, 300€ per month.
