Job Description

Our collaborator is a 4 star Boutique Hotel with 11 rooms and 3-fork restaurant “La Azotea by Aroma de Mar” on the rooftop of the hotel. 100 mt away from the beautiful beach of La Barrosa, in Sancti Petri, Cádiz, Andalusia, just 30 minutes away from Cádiz and 1 hour and 20 minutes away from the beautiful city of Seville, They are looking for interns interested in the world of hospitality and restaurant services.

This hotel stands out for its attention and quality of service, its modern architecture and its privileged location in front of the sea. The charm and magic ambient of the hotel makes the tourists live an incredible experience. The hotel has two restaurants, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor, with beautiful views of the sea and amazing sunsets.

The hotel is offering now internships in hospitality and catering departments. All interns accepted at the hotel will have the privilege of  having accommodation really close to the hotel and shared with other students (fully equipped house, laundry service, single beds in double rooms, dining room and common areas that students can freely use: garden, terrace and swimming pool), home-cooked meals corresponding to the daily work shift and a monthly remuneration.

You can experiment an unique learning experience!

You will be in contact with the head of the restaurant and you will perform the following tasks:

  • Serving customers and diners in the bar and restaurant area.
  • Attending customers and diners in the pool and room service.
  • Serving guests and diners in the restaurant room during breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
  • Helping with the presentation of the Buffet.
  • Arranging tables and bars before and after each service.
  • Guiding diners in terms of the gastronomic offer of the service.
  • Keeping bar and restaurant areas clean and organized.
  • Arranging tables and bar after each service.

Requiriments:

  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • German or French is a plus.
  • Food handle certificate is a plus.
  • Previous knowledge in Gastronomy and Hospitality is a plus.

Conditions:

  • Start date (flexible): May - June 2022
  • Duration (aceptable range): between 3 and 6 months.
  • Work scheduled 5 days per week during meals and bar services. 8 hours a day.
  • Remuneration: 200€ /month.
  • Accommodation and meals included.
