Tasks

• Posting job offers and managing recruitment platforms

• Supporting recruitment processes, interviews, and test applications

• Updating and maintaining HR databases and documentation

• Providing administrative support in hiring processes and document filing

• Assisting in active placement efforts and client communication

 

• Participating in follow-up meetings on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and internal processes

Requirements

• Ongoing or recently completed studies in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields

• Genuine interest in learning about Human Resources

• Proactive, responsible, and strong communication skills

• Team-oriented and eager to contribute from day one

 

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
