Social Media and Marketing Internship in a newly launched female-led startup in Barcelona, Spain

Job Description

Our collaborator is a newly launched startup created by and for women, dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs through media and marketing services. Based in a vibrant coworking space exclusively for women in Barcelona, the company is currently focused on the US market and is looking to expand its reach through the execution of a solid strategic plan already in place.

Tasks

• Implement the existing social media and marketing strategy

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms

• Monitor engagement and interact with the community

• Support in creating marketing materials and campaigns

• Analyze and report performance metrics

Requirements

• Strong level of English; Spanish is a plus

• Educational background or interest in marketing, communication, or similar fields

• Passion for social media and digital marketing

• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented

• Interest in women-led initiatives and startups

Conditions

• Participate in planning marketing and social media strategies, as well as content creation (photography, video, and publications).
  
  
• Work closely with a New York-based public relations agency specializing in communications, press, and digital strategy.
  
  
• Develop practical skills in marketing strategy, trend analysis, and positive storytelling.
  
  
• Opportunity to occasionally attend events at Juno House, a private club for women in business, and meet industry professionals.
  
  
• Learn in an international creative environment with direct support and mentoring.

 

Availability and hours:

• Internship 5 days a week: 2 days in the coworking space, 3 days remote

• From Monday to Friday, 15-20 hours per week. It could be 3 hours during the morning
