The role:

We are looking for a Sales/Marketing intern to join our team and help us grow our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and marketing and a desire to learn about the SaaS industry.

Tasks

  • Support with marketing materials (orders, follow-up, dealing with providers, etc)
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and markets
  • Support with ad-hoc management support tasks where needed
  • Research, prepare and benchmark webinars and in-person events (research, preparation, event management etc.)
  • Help the team to promote online and offline events through paid social media, email marketing and sales trainings
  • Assist with lead generation activities (researching companies, identifying contacts, reaching out to contacts, helping the sales team to close meetings)
  • Provide customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with data analysis to help identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate and liaise between different external and internal contacts
  • Support for internal communication and meetings and propose new ideas to continuously improve and streamline

Requirements

  • You are currently completing a bachelor or master’s degree with a focus on sales/marketing
  • Your communication skills are second to none, both written and verbal, and you can interact with a variety of stakeholders
  • Tech savvy - you love technology and enjoy working with technical products and teams
  • You love generating new ideas and finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are highly organised and know how to prioritise
  • You are hands-on and proactive and you thrive working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have an eye for detail 
  • You are familiar with the important marketing channels 
  • You enjoy investigating numbers and making conclusions to help make better decisions
  • You never stop learning - you are eager for knowledge and don’t stop until you find your answers
  • Fluent or native level of English and a high level of Spanish is a plus. Any other languages are always welcome

  • Paid full-time internship, minimum 5-6 months commitment
