Tasks
- Manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries.
- Respond to customer reviews on social media platforms.
- Guide guests within the hotel and provide tourist information.
- Support the Reservations and Revenue department with booking and revenue tasks.
- Gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations and customer relations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of office software and interest in learning hotel management systems.
Conditions
- Paid internship with a monthly stipend of 400€.
