Our partner focuses on helping entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and Sr. leaders with solving strategic challenges. They are a peer-to-peer network of highly experienced leaders looking to co-create and support each other in developing thriving businesses.

Their mission is to Coach, Consult, Connect and Co-Create.

Your intrapreneurship opportunity?

To transform their current way of working and connecting, they are now moving to a new community platform, offering their network the tools, microlearning, and cohorts they need to accelerate the success of their organizations. To enable a swift start, they are looking for someone who is up for the challenge to build out our community. The following activities will be part of your remit, however, they are not limited to them. Your skills and intrapreneurial spirit will define your contribution.

• Maintain the Company's Community
• Support the development of their Microlearning (YouTube/Spotify/DNA Community)
• Organize Virtual and physical events
• Support members (Activate, stimulate, and Engage)
• Support Marketing Strategy
• Be the go-to person for everything related to their Mastermind Cohorts
• Support their Cohort leaders with organizing the events both virtually as Face-to-face
• Develop their Community Strategy

Test, fail, learn, try again, fail harder, learn faster, Get it done.

Requirements: 

• You speak English and Spanish fluently, other languages are a plus
• You want to learn more about digital marketing
• You like to take the lead in organizing and hosting events
• You are open to engaging with a professional network
• You are communicative and a fast learner
• You are not afraid of working with Data and Analytics
