Job Description

Our collaborator is the first coworking office created in Seville, with 12 years of history. It is a reference point for freelancers and digital nomads from all over the world—a hub for professional events with a community that blends local and international talent, offering a great opportunity to build professional networks.

They are seeking candidates to support them during their growth phase and assist with customer relations.

Tasks

• Collaborating in their coworking space to partially manage the user community (as a Space Manager).
• Semi-commercial tasks: Attending to potential sales leads so other team members can close the sales.
• Training on the company’s digital marketing strategy (including original content and paid advertising strategies).
• Opening or closing the office.
• Reception tasks: Learning sales methodologies, guiding new customers.
• Office tasks: Ensuring everything is in order (e.g., internet, materials).
• Replying to inquiries via email and preparing simple quotes when needed.
• Marketing and content creation: Managing the editorial calendar for social networks, creating blog content, and handling social media tasks.
• Assisting with internal customer needs.
• Managing the company’s CRM software.
• Editing and managing the content of the E-commerce platform.
• Writing original web content related to the products they sell.
• Editing existing web content to improve SEO positioning.
• Researching and analyzing competitors.

Requirements

• Studies related to Administration, Business, Communication or similar.
• Spanish and English fluent.
• Proactivity and high organizational skills. 

Conditions

• Economic compensation: 300 euros per month.

Availability and hours

Start date: As soon as possible.

Full time position: 30-40 hours per week.
