Tasks

The intern will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments according to their interests and the company's needs. These may include:

 

Assisting with client wellness plans, including scheduling and reminders.
Helping organize and manage wellness events and promotional campaigns.
Supporting the spa and wellness teams in delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Ghostwriting blogs, articles on wellness, and healthy living.
Learning and implementing industry best practices in hygiene and sanitation.
Assisting with the processing and tracking of customer complaints and feedback.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

 

Be currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrate genuine interest in health, beauty, and wellness.
Have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Possess initiative, drive, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Have the ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
