Job Description:

The Customer Service Intern is primarily responsible for handling customer queries, problem-solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will gain hands-on experience in understanding client needs, working with inter-departments, troubleshooting, and offering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and resolve service issues promptly
- Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors
- Develop a strong knowledge base about the company's products and services
- Assist in improving our processes and customer issue reporting
- Aid in coordinating between departments to ensure client needs are met.

Job and Personal Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker and a problem-solver
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
