Tasks Description

• Update and maintain personnel records
• Organize and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Create documents related to HR activities, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
• Assist in recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and performing background checks
• Help with planning and organizing company events
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
