Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional learning support to our students under the direction of the teacher. Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting teachers in classroom setup and organization
• Supplementing teacher instruction through one-on-one or small group tutoring
• Helping in the development of lesson plans and learning materials
• Providing care and supervision to students during breaks and extracurricular activities
• Motivating and encouraging students to participate in all activities
• Supporting students with diverse learning needs to ensure they achieve their highest potential
• Keeping accurate student records and communicating progress to teachers and parents

Job Requirements

Applicants must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• A degree in Education or a related field
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written Portuguese; proficiency in English is a plus
• Understanding and commitment to adhering to child safeguarding policies
• Exceptional organizational skills, patience, and empathetic nature
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of students and faculty.
