Job Description

The intern will actively participate in various strategic initiatives and will interact with senior leadership, contributing to high-impact projects such as:

• Assisting the product development team in creating new food and beverage recipes
• Monitoring and analyzing food processing systems and standards
• Conducting market research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
• Participating in quality and safety audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
• Supporting the supply chain team in managing supplier relationships and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Skills Required

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong academic background in Food Science, Nutrition, Business, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; additional languages would be advantageous
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Strong IT skills especially in MS Office
