Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in inventory management and stock control, including ordering supplies and maintaining optimum inventory levels.
• Support the development of new menu items through market research and tasting sessions.
• Engage with customers, gathering feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various teams within the company, including marketing and events, to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program focused on Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Strong passion for the food and beverage industry with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
