Internship Description:

As a Customer Service Intern, you will dive headfirst into our bustling service operations, gaining hands-on exposure to various facets of customer service, relationship management, and telecommunications. Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, chat, and social media.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Compiling regular reports on customer feedback and interactions for review by Customer Service management.
  • Checking online orders, ensuring they are processed correctly, and communicating effectively with other departments.

Personal Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should have a customer-centric mindset and a knack for solving problems. A fluency in both Portuguese and English is a requirement, while proficiency in other languages would be regarded as a plus. The candidate should be comfortable working with diverse teams and conversant with MS Office.

Job Requirements:

Applicants should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a university degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in a customer service position would be beneficial but not necessary. A sound understanding of customer service principles and practices is important, and so is the willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
