Internship Position: Customer Service

We're currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be keen to learn about customer service and support, eager to tackle challenges, and have a genuine interest in our company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

Job Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
