Internship Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and community gatherings.
• Support the events team with logistical arrangements, including venue selection, catering services, and transportation coordination.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential partners for future events.
• Help to create promotional materials and social media content to enhance event awareness.
• Engage with clients and vendors to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in on-site event management, contributing to setup, coordination, and cleanup.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining schedules, preparing reports, and managing budgets.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
