Job Description:

We are looking to enlist a passionate, dedicated, and patient Education / Teaching Assistant to complement our qualified workforce of educators. Grounded in the principles of inclusivity, diversity, and lifelong learning, your role will involve:

Assisting the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities
Providing direct support to students, individually or in small groups, to reinforce learning concepts
Tracking and recording student progress and providing useful feedback to teachers and parents
Utilizing various interventions to promote the physical, cognitive, and social development of students
Maintaining a safe, stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning
Helping prepare and distribute instructional material, maintaining classroom inventory and adherence to health and safety standards

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must:

Hold at least a secondary education certificate (associate degree or vocational training preferred)
Possess a good command of English (knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus)
Have previous experience in an educational setting
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
