Task Description

• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Support students with individual learning needs, ensuring access to resources and offering additional help as required.
• Facilitate classroom management by promoting positive behavior and intervening in conflicts as they arise.
• Administer tests, assess student performance, and provide feedback to teachers on student progress.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, reinforcing a sense of community and school spirit.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing educational environment, adhering to school policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student needs and developmental milestones.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is required.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting student development.
