Position Overview:

We are offering an internship position that provides a hands-on experience in the complex and thrilling Food and Beverage industry. The intern will not only learn the operational workings of our business but also gain insights into customer service, product development, and marketing strategies.

Task Description:

The selected candidate will assist in various operational tasks including inventory management, procurement, and quality control. The intern will work with the marketing team to increase brand presence and customer engagement. They will also support product development by working with the culinary team and providing consumer insights. Other tasks include assisting with special events, creating and delivering presentations, and providing administrative support where necessary.

Job Requirements:

Applicants should be enrolled in a degree program in Hospitality, Business Management, Food Science, or a related field. No specific work experience is required, but any in food service or retail is beneficial. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be detail-oriented. Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.

The intern should be flexible, adaptable, and have a willingness to take initiative to complete tasks independently as well as within a team. Strong problem-solving skills along with cultural sensitivity and awareness are desirable.
