Job Description:

The Kitchen / Cook intern will have the opportunity to learn from industry veterans in our state-of-the-art kitchens and gain hands-on experience in diverse aspects of food preparation, plating, and presentation. This internship will offer an in-depth understanding of kitchen operations, safety protocols, inventory management and much more.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation including chopping, mixing, and baking.
• Learn how to operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Contribute to menu planning and development.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Help with inventory management, checking supplies and restocking as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and culinary skill development sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related field.
• Must respect food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
• Passion for food, creative mindset and desire to learn.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
