Job Description

As an Event Management Intern, you will be involved in end-to-end event planning. This includes:

• Assisting in concept development and event design.
• Coordinating with vendors, participants, clients, and staff.
• Maintaining event schedules and budgets.
• Managing on-site event logistics, coordinating with staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Post-event report preparation and analysis.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you are expected to fulfill the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, in Portuguese and English.
• Good understanding of project management principles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude, proactiveness, and ability to work well within a team.
• Openness to learning and strong problem-solving abilities.
