Currently, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team for a Customer Service internship program, located in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal.

The selected intern will work closely with our expert Customer Service team and gain valuable industry insights. The applicant will primarily assist in customer relationship management, handle customer inquiries, process orders, and develop skills related to CRM platforms. The internship program will be orientated towards developing competencies in relationship building, problem-solving, and excellent customer services.
Applicants must be pursuing or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications or other relevant fields. Previous experience in a customer service position is a plus but not required. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
