Job Tasks

  • Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
  • Support students with individual learning needs, offering personalized assistance during class and encouraging their active participation.
  • Help develop and implement engaging lesson plans and classroom activities that promote student interaction and language acquisition.
  • Facilitate language practice sessions, including conversation clubs and language games.
  • Assess and provide feedback on students' progress and performance to teachers, ensuring tailored support for each student.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student confidence and motivation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading assignments, and organizing classroom resources.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English; ESL certification or teaching qualifications preferred.
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse student backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Patience and adaptability in a dynamic learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
  • A passion for education and facilitating language acquisition.
