Our collaborator is a luxurious hotel on the seaside in Porto, Portugal. They host each year many tourists from all over the world and do everything they can to satisfy their clients, whether it be concercing food, comfort in the bedroom, or other services. For example, the hotel also possesses a Spa, a pool with jacuzzis, and a tennis court. All the staff is very committed, dynamic and professional. They are currently looking for an intern to deal with customer relationships and to provide them new ideas to have an even better customer satisfaction. Your role will be key during this internship!Job description / tasks
- Welcoming clients answering the phone (or mails).
- Follow-up of customer experience.
- Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from clients.
- Receiving and dealing with customer claims.
- Contribute to the adding of new ideas to improve the customer relationship
Skills required
- You have an impeccable presentation and image
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic and smiling
- Adaptability
- You know several languages but English is absolutely mandatory
