Our collaborator is a contemporary interior architecture and design studio based in Portugal, specialising in residential architecture, interior design, bespoke furniture, and textiles.
The studio combines a modern design approach with traditional Portuguese craftsmanship, working closely with local artisans and using locally sourced materials. With a strong focus on creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail, the team develops distinctive projects that reflect its unique design philosophy.
They are currently looking for a creative and motivated Communication & Graphic Design Intern to join their multidisciplinary team. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in visual storytelling, branding, and design communication who wish to gain practical experience in a creative and international environment.
Develop engaging social media content and visual assets.
Create presentations, portfolios, and project documentation.
Support the development and consistency of the studio's graphic identity and visual communication.
Design layouts for print and digital publications.
Assist with photography, image selection, retouching, and editing.
Create visual and written content showcasing ongoing projects, materials, spaces, and creative processes.
Support website updates and newsletter content when required.
Help maintain a consistent and professional visual presence across different communication platforms.
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other creative professionals on communication projects.
Currently studying Graphic Design, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Study level between EQF 5 and 7.
Eligible for a curricular internship or Erasmus+ traineeship agreement through their university.
EU/EEA residency is mandatory.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Good command of English, as it is the working language.
Strong visual sensitivity, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual identity.
Interest in architecture, interior design, art, culture, fashion, and visual storytelling.
Good communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Proactive, curious, and motivated to contribute to creative projects.
Knowledge of Figma, video editing, photography, social media management, or 3D visualisation tools is a plus.
