Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our diverse team as a Translator Intern. This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, a vibrant city known for its rich history, gorgeous views, delicious seafood, and welcoming locals. Expanding your cultural competence and language skills, your primary responsibility will be to translate corporate documentation, making sure our messages are accurately conveyed across cultures and languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication between our international offices by providing concise and accurate translations of documents.
• Partake in conference calls and meetings to provide real-time translation services.
• Proofread and edit translations for correctness and consistency in terminology and tone.
• Assist with localization tasks to ensure suitability of products and services in different regions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or currently studying Translation, Linguistics, Communication or related field.
• Proven proficiency in Portuguese and at least two other languages.
• Eagerness to learn; the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
